By using LedgerApps (ledgerapps.ai), you agree to these terms.
The Service
LedgerApps provides AI-powered tools for accountants:
- Receipt checking and missing document detection
- Bank reconciliation with AI matching
- Document generation (proposals, engagement letters, intake forms)
Your Account
- You must provide accurate information
- You are responsible for your account security
- You must be at least 18 years old
Acceptable Use
Do not:
- Upload illegal or fraudulent content
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Abuse or overload the service
Your Data
- You own your data
- You grant us permission to process it to provide the service
- You are responsible for having the right to upload client documents

Important: AI Disclaimer
LedgerApps uses AI to extract data from documents.
- AI extraction may contain errors
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all results
- Do not rely solely on LedgerApps outputs without verification
- The service assists but does not replace professional judgement
We are not liable for errors in AI extraction that you fail to verify.
Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Free trial has usage limits, no card required
- Cancel anytime from your account settings
- No refunds for partial billing periods
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitation of Liability
- LedgerApps is provided "as is"
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Termination
You can cancel anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance.
